Mike’s Training Tips & Workout: Upper Body Strength

Fitness Tip of The Month

Winter is coming and we need to keep up on proper hydration during the cold weather since dehydration is not limited to just hot summer days. It may even get more difficult to stay hydrated during the winter.

Try to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning – and make it a habit to hydrate more during the day!

Workout of the Month: Upper Body Strength

  • Bench Press/Pushups (4×10)
  • Pull-Ups (3×8)
  • Single Arm Overhead Press (3×9 each arm)
  • Seated Cable Row (3×8)
  • Tricep Extension (3×10)
  • Planks (3×30 seconds)
