Alpin Haus ships through UPS. Expected ship times and prices will vary based upon customer’s selection of delivery time. Some items may have additional shipping fees related to their size and/or weight. Alpin Haus only retails to customers within the United States and cannot ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns If for some reason you decide not to keep a purchase, we ask that you send it back within 30 days. You can choose between exchanging for another item by receiving store credit, or receiving a refund for the cost of the item(s). Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. 1. Print and fill out this form or give us a call at 518-843-4400. 2. Return ship the product to: 4850 State Hwy 30N, Amsterdam, NY 12010 3. Expect your refund within 3 business days, after we receive the return. *Store credit may only be redeemed by placing an order by phone at this time.
Exchanges The best way to exchange your item for something else, is to return the item for a full refund and place a new order through our website or store locations. This speeds up the process for you, so that the things you want for this season don’t sell out. You can always call a store location to set up an order/return.
Important Information About Returns All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned to Alpin Haus within 30 days of customer receiving the product. Customer will pay for cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to Alpin Haus error. We strongly recommend insuring/tracking returns, as we cannot replace lost shipments. Alpin Haus reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. Any return over 30 days may be refused, or refund may be given for less than original purchase price.
