Just let us know by sending an email from the Contact Us page, or by emailing info@alpinhaus.com. Please include the information below, as well as the web address where you located the product.

To qualify for refund, product must be:

  1. The same year 
  2. The same color 
  3. The same size
  4. The same condition 
  5. In stock on competitor’s site

We can only match prices on licensed retailers within the US. This excludes Ebay, Amazon, or any other 3rd party site. Price comparison should be on total price, including any additional fees and shipping. All price adjustments must be within 14 days of purchase.

Other Price Adjustments 
If we drop the listed price of an item on alpinhaus.com within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you as store credit (note: store credit must be redeemed through phone order at this time). Please use the same contact methods stated above.
