Each January we here at Alpin Haus support the Learn to Ski and Snowboard initiative along with our friends throughout the snow sports industry. It poses the perfect opportunity for those who have not had a chance to try out skiing or snowboarding to hit the slopes. One program in particular, NY 4th Grade Ski & Ride Passport makes available free skiing for kids (with a paying adult) and offers learn to ski packages.

We also know that there are plenty of adults who have never had the chance to learn to ski and we invite you to come out and learn this January. Many mountains in our area and throughout the Northeast offer special programs during the month.
