Bus Logistics:
Buses depart at 7:00am sharp from the Route 30 Alpin Haus
parking lot and depart the mountain at 4:30pm to return
Approximate arrival time back to Alpin Haus is 6:30pm.
Please arrive at Alpin Haus by 6:45am to allow for
time to load the bus and ensure a timely departure.
For Okemo Mountain trips, bus picks up at
Alpin Haus of Saratoga (Exit 16 of Northway) at 7:45am
No glass is allowed on the buses.
Payment:
Payment is due at time of sign-up.
Credit cards are welcome and accepted over the phone.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the trip.
Failure to do so will result in a $15 charge to cover the cost of the bus.
